PREA
Following completion of the Greenfield phase on 31 October 2026, the PREA portfolio is available in consolidated form.
The portfolio currently comprises eleven interconnected domains:
- Foundation – META • PRA • MAMA
- Architecture – Canonical Architectural Foundations
- Technology – Technical Architecture and System Implementation
- Governance – Standards, Governance and Integrity Structures
- Audit – Audit, Assurance and Verification Systems
- Qualification – Qualification, Certification and Competence Frameworks
- Licensing – Licensing Architecture and Usage Rights
- Transfer – IP Transfer and Transfer Governance
- Evidence – Public Evidence, Publications and Research Validation
- Academia – Academic Development, Curriculum and Institutionalisation
- Due Diligence – Review, Validation and Transaction Readiness
Together, these domains constitute the scope of the PREA portfolio.
With the conclusion of the Greenfield phase, the scientific foundations, primary literature, portfolio architecture, and the associated governance, audit, qualification, licensing, transfer, evidence, and due diligence structures are available in documented and consolidated form.
PREA is maintained as an intellectual property portfolio.
A complete intellectual property transfer encompasses the PREA portfolio in its entirety.
Upon transfer, all rights, architectures, structures, documentation, and associated governance, audit, qualification, licensing, evidence, transfer, and due diligence components forming part of the portfolio are transferred to the acquiring party.
A complete intellectual property transfer establishes authority over the transferred portfolio, including stewardship, decision-making, and future development, subject to the terms of the respective transfer agreement.

PREA is a foundational discipline. It describes the ontological layer on which orientation, stability, and functional order emerge within human and organizational systems. PREA is embedded in a closed ontology family that constitutes the structural foundation of the entire architecture. For international experts, this section provides an in‑depth entry point into the scientific basis of PREA.
PREA constitutes a deterministic kernel – a non‑fragmentable, closed architecture with 672 defined states. The DOI‑based primary literature documents the theoretical models and concepts essential for understanding the architecture. It explains the structural mechanisms on which PREA is built and establishes a clear connection between theory, structure, and application.
The foundation of PREA lies in the closed model library, which is based exclusively on original models. It serves as the starting point for research, further development, and governance‑related questions, enabling a consistent, auditable, and institutionally compatible application of the architecture.
